Design, implement and audit core smart contracts for Morpho Blue — the permissionless lending protocol powering billions in onchain credit. You'll work closely with the founding engineers to ship secure, gas-optimized code that runs on Ethereum mainnet and L2s.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for Morpho Blue protocol
- Optimize gas usage and contract architecture

Requirements
- 3+ years Solidity / EVM development
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols (Aave, Compound, Uniswap)
- Experience with Hardhat/Foundry and testing frameworks

Build and maintain the Morpho App interface — the primary frontend used by retail and institutional users. You'll work on a high-performance React/Next.js app with real-time onchain data and wallet integrations.

- Develop new features for Morpho App (earn, borrow, vaults)
- Optimize performance and responsiveness
- Integrate with wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet)
- Collaborate with designers on DeFi UX
Requirements
- 4+ years React / Next.js / TypeScript
- Experience with viem/wagmi or ethers.js
- Strong understanding of DeFi primitives
- Obsession with pixel-perfect UX
Design the future of onchain credit. You'll own the end-to-end product design for Morpho's institutional-facing tools and Earn API interfaces — working directly with founders and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design for institutional dashboards and API portals
- Conduct user research with fintech partners
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Shape the Morpho brand and visual identity
Requirements
- 4+ years product design experience
- Portfolio showing complex B2B or fintech products
- Experience with DeFi or crypto products
- Strong visual design and interaction skills
Own the BD pipeline for Morpho — you'll engage with major fintechs, wallets, exchanges and DeFi protocols to integrate Morpho's credit layer. You're the face of Morpho to the world's largest financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close partnerships with top-tier fintechs
- Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements
- Represent Morpho at industry events and conferences
- Work with product to shape partnership roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years BD / partnerships in crypto or fintech
- Proven track record of closing large partnerships
- Strong network in finance / crypto ecosystems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Become the steward of Morpho's risk framework. You'll model protocol risk, curate vault strategies, and work with the community to ensure the safety and efficiency of billions in onchain credit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain risk models for Morpho vaults
- Analyze onchain data to detect emerging risks
- Curate and propose new vault strategies
- Write research reports and engage with the community
Requirements
- Quantitative background (math, physics, computer science)
- Experience with DeFi risk or traditional finance risk
- Proficiency in Python / SQL / data analysis

Design and operate the backend infrastructure powering Morpho's APIs, indexers and internal tooling. You'll work on high-throughput systems that serve millions of requests across the DeFi ecosystem.

- Build and maintain blockchain indexers (Subgraph, direct RPC)
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB)

Requirements

Own the security of Morpho's protocol. You'll lead smart contract audits, coordinate bug bounty programs, and respond to incidents. You're the last line of defense for billions in user funds.

Build the data foundation for Morpho. You'll create pipelines that ingest onchain data, transform it into actionable insights, and power dashboards used by the whole team and community.
